Returns Policy

At Flaim, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.


Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your item and inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at stylinventures@gmail.com and send your item to our Cape Town address (provided via email once your exchange is approved).


Returns via Shipping or Pudo Locker

You may return your item by:

  • Mailing it to our Cape Town return address (details will be provided once your return is approved), or
  • Dropping it off at a Pudo Locker of your choice, addressed to us.
Please note: Returns sent via Pudo Locker are at the customer’s own expense. Ensure that you use a trackable return option, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping or Pudo return costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.


If you’re returning an item valued at over R100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
